Once access to a course, program, or digital product has been granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, including for:

  • change of mind

  • inability to complete the course

  • dissatisfaction after access

  • scheduling conflicts

physical products (only if applicable)

If your purchase includes physical items:

  • orders are processed within 3–5 business days

  • shipping times vary based on location

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If you do not offer physical products, you may simply state:

this business currently offers digital products only. no physical items are shipped.
